An awareness session has been conducted by ACC for the participants of Directors Training Programme organized by Capital Market Development Authority (CMDA) on Wednesday, 9th September 2020 through Zoom, virtual platform. Directors Training Programme focuses on corporate governance, duties and responsibilities of directors and its relation to the efficient performance in commensuration to the CG code and other regulations in the Maldives such as Companies Act, Taxation and Anti-corruption.

The 2 hour-session was focused on anti-corruption, advancement of integrity, and familiarisation of the chapter on procurement in the Public Finance Regulations. The session for 20 participants of MTCC board members and executives was conducted by professionals of ACC.
