ACC and the Prosecutor General's Office signed a Memorandum of Understanding to provide mutual assistance, exchange assistance, and collaborate in areas of mutual interest.

The agreement was signed today at the prosecutor's office by President of the ACC Al-Ustaz Adam Shamil and Prosecutor General Al-Ustaz Hussain Shameem.

According to the agreement, the two institutions identified potential areas of cooperation and agreed on ways to collaborate to fulfill constitutional and legal responsibilities, such as preventing corruption and providing technical assistance.

The MoU also includes procedures for submitting cases investigated by the ACC to the Prosecutor's Office, making decisions quickly, and sharing information on corruption cases filed in court.
