A focused group meeting has been conducted by ACC with the senior staff of Ministry of Health on Tuesday, 05th January 2021 at the ministry.

The 1 hour-meeting was focused on the corruption related issues that has been reported to ACC regarding Ministry of health. The specific recommendations given in the past 3 years regarding the findings and suggestions on preventive mechanisms that could be established at the ministry were shared. Procurement and recruitment related issues that may lead to corruption and ways to prevent such issues of corruption were discussed in the meeting. The meeting was carried out by the professionals of ACC with 19 senior staff of Ministry of health, where they shared the challenges that they face in procurement process.
