Abdul Salaam
Vice President
Uz. Abdul Salaam was appointed to the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) by the President of the Republic of Maldives on 17th March 2022, with the approval of the Maldivian Parliament. He was elected as the Vice President of the Commission on same date.
Uz. Abdul Salaam joined the ACC and served in the Investigation area in the year 2014 and since then has filled various positions in the Investigation Department of the commission. Prior to his appointment as the Vice President, he served as a Deputy head in the Investigation Department of the commission.
Uz Abdul Salaam has extensive experience in the investigation of corruption cases. He completed his Honors degree in Laws from the Maldives National University.
